Athletes – Children and Adults
Mr. Foster knows the dynamics of the various sports and is able to specifically train an individual focusing on the
muscle groups utilized and the specific skills that a particular sport requires. Many athletes, both student and adult,
have been able to excel in their sport from the training provided by Mr. Foster.

Children who are overweight need special attention, as they are often depressed and teased by other children. Personal
training will help your child with self esteem and your child will lose weight if he or she is consistent with his or her
